n8n (open source and a strong choice for data control), Make for visual workflows, Power Automate for Microsoft environments and Zapier for less common apps. We also write custom scripts where needed and choose tools to fit the use case.

Do you only work in Wien, or across DACH?

We are based in Vienna and work with clients across Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Most projects run remotely. In-person meetings are available in Vienna and by request elsewhere.

How long does a typical project take?

What about GDPR?

We prefer EU hosting (Hetzner, Hostinger or a Coolify stack on a VPS). For especially sensitive data, we can run n8n on your own infrastructure so your data stays with you. Stripe, Resend or OpenAI are used only when necessary and with appropriate data protection agreements.
