How we work
How does a project work?
There are four stages: discovery and strategy, concept and design, development and automation, then launch and optimisation. See the full process on our process page. Each stage has defined deliverables and a clear handover.
Who will be my main contact?
You work directly with Akhmed Dadakaev, the person building your solution. No account manager or handoffs. Specialists in design, copy or AI may join larger projects, while your direct point of contact stays the same.
Where are you based?
We are based in Vienna, Austria, and work remotely with clients across Austria, Germany, Switzerland and beyond.
Pricing & project scope
How much does a project cost?
Our website packages start at €1,499 for Starter, €2,499 for Business and €3,099 for Premium, including tax. Shops, apps and automation are quoted separately. Before we begin, you receive a fixed-price proposal with a clear scope. Domain, hosting and third-party services are listed separately.
Will I receive a fixed-price quote?
Yes. After the planning and strategy phase, you receive a fixed-price proposal with defined deliverables and a timeline. The agreed scope stands, with no end-of-month surprises. Additional requests are assessed and approved before work begins.
How long does a typical project take?
A focused brand website takes around 4–6 weeks. A more complex system with a shop and automation takes 8–12 weeks. Custom SaaS or PWA products may take 3–6 months. We give an initial estimate during the introductory call and confirm it after discovery.
Do you offer monthly plans?
Yes. We offer monthly plans for maintenance, optimisation and further development, either based on hours or with a defined retainer scope. They can be cancelled at any time, with no lock-in.
Technology
Which technologies do you use?
Frontend: React, Next.js, Vite, TypeScript, Tailwind or PHP/WordPress, depending on your needs. Automation: n8n, Make, Power Automate or custom scripts. AI: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, ElevenLabs and Deepgram. Hosting: Vercel, Netlify, Coolify and Docker. See our full tech stack on the About page.
Can we update the website ourselves later?
Yes. Depending on the setup, we use a headless CMS such as Sanity, Contentful or Strapi, or a traditional CMS such as WordPress or TYPO3. You can update text, images and pages yourself. For a custom-coded site, we explain the workflow or handle updates through a maintenance plan.
Who owns the code, domain and hosting?
You own everything. Code is stored in your Git repository, or ours until handover. The domain is registered in your name, and hosting runs on your Vercel, Netlify or Coolify account. There is no lock-in; you can change providers at any time.
Automation & AI
How much time can process automation save?
Examples from client projects include saving 5–15 hours a week on manual data entry, creating quotes in seconds instead of hours and qualifying leads around the clock. During an introductory call, we identify bottlenecks and assess the potential savings.
How reliable are AI phone assistants today?
They are reliable for clearly defined tasks such as answering calls, booking appointments, qualifying leads, handling common questions and transferring callers to people. We define the scope so the AI can do its job well and hand over everything else appropriately.
GDPR & security
Are your solutions GDPR-compliant?
Yes. We use EU hosting where possible, implement cookie consent appropriately, put data processing agreements in place where needed and document data flows. For tools such as OpenAI or ElevenLabs, we review the terms and use EU endpoints where available.
What happens if something stops working after launch?
For the first 30 days after launch, we actively monitor performance, conversions and bugs, fixing issues at no extra cost. After that, support is available through a maintenance plan or hourly. Critical issues, such as downtime or security vulnerabilities, are prioritised.
