The challenge in this industry

“You have an idea but no market feedback. Before you can get started, you spend three months debating technology. By the time the MVP is ready, the idea has gone cold.”

What we see time and again

Common challenges in this industry

  • ⚠Too much time spent debating technology instead of talking to customers.
  • ⚠The MVP is built with tools that cannot scale in production, so it has to be rebuilt.
  • ⚠Building authentication, billing and email from scratch instead of using proven components.
  • ⚠Multi-tenancy considered too late, making migration expensive.
  • ⚠No self-service onboarding — every new customer takes 30 minutes of manual work.
  • ⚠An API with no customer dashboard leads to a growing volume of support requests.
  • ⚠Correctly implementing Stripe webhooks, subscriptions, trials and cancellations can take three weeks.

Frequently asked questions about this industry

How much does an MVP cost?
A lean MVP with a landing page, authentication, Stripe and one core feature starts at around €8,000. A full SaaS MVP with dashboard, multi-tenancy and API typically costs €15,000–€30,000. We agree a fixed price after a two-week discovery phase.
How soon can the MVP go live?
Four to eight weeks with a clear scope. If the concept is still taking shape, allow two additional weeks for strategy. We can launch a landing page and waitlist while building the MVP to start generating demand.
Which stack do you recommend for SaaS?
Our default stack is Next.js, Supabase and Stripe. Supabase combines authentication, database, storage and real-time features in one platform, which can reduce development time compared with a custom backend. For demanding performance or compliance requirements, we can use a custom Node.js or Go backend with PostgreSQL.
Who owns the code?
You do. The code lives in your Git repository and hosting account. You retain all rights, with no lock-in, and can move to another team at any time.
What happens after the MVP launches?
Optional maintenance is available for updates, bug fixes and small features (€240–€1,150/month), or by the hour if you plan to continue in-house. We document the code so your team or another developer can take over.
Have you built SaaS products yourselves?
Yes: supersonic-radar.com, an SEO tool, and viralcheck.me, an AI social media analyser. Both are live and growing. We bring what we learn from our own products to client work.
